Scope of Work

The primary objective is to address corrupt Y-Axis tuning servo parameters that cause servo motors to overheat and generate alarms. All services, parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components must conform to manufacturer specifications. Performance standards include providing an Estimate Repair Report within one business day, ordering parts within two business days, completing repairs within five business days of parts receipt, and submitting draft/final Service Reports promptly.
