To perform a one-time repair on the Y-Axis Servo Tuning Parameters for the Vertical Machining Center at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) Building 9001.

• Perform tuning of the Y-Axis servo parameters.

• Perform synchronization of the Y-Axis drives.

• Ensure all services, parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components conform to manufacturer specifications and this PWS.

• Address the known problem of corrupt Y-Axis tuning servo parameters causing servo motors to overheat and generate an alarm.

• The Contractor shall provide a written Estimate Repair Report within one (1) business day after inspection.

• The Contractor shall order required parts within two (2) business days after receiving repair authorization.

• The Contractor shall perform the repair within five (5) business days of parts receipt.

• The Contractor shall provide a draft Service Report immediately upon completion of maintenance and before leaving the OC-ALC.

• The Contractor shall provide the final Service Report within five (5) business days to the GPOC.

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 07:00 am to 03:45 pm, unless otherwise approved.
