Scope of Work
The scope encompasses comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upgrades of radio communications site infrastructure and systems. Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, generator, and solar power systems.
- Upgrading backup battery arrays and power distribution systems.
- Inspecting and repairing earth grounding systems, communications shelters (roofs, ceilings, walls, doors, floors, electrical panels, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors), towers (including mounting hardware), and foundations.

Submission Requirements
Respondents must submit a synopsis of their company's capabilities, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed all requirements. Special Requirements
Contractors must possess extensive experience with remote radio communications site infrastructure maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. All applicable national, state, and local licenses are required, and work must comply with governing authorities and standards, including ANSI/EIA/TIA 569 and Motorola R-56. Proof of current tower climbing and safety training is mandatory for work on elevated surfaces. Contractors must be fire conscious and have at least two fire extinguishers available on-site.
