Scope of Work
The project involves comprehensive upgrades to the fire suppression and alarm systems. Key tasks include:
- Installation of a submersible pump, wet pipe valves, gauges, alarms, piping, electrical systems, and control components.
- Installation of automatic sprinkler heads connected to the piping system.
- Integration of a new incoming service main supplied from a new water booster pump within an existing 10,000-gallon underground water tank.
- Implementation of a fire alarm detection system for all areas of both cabins, including a fire alarm control panel, control modules, power booster panel, manual pull stations, photoelectric smoke detectors, and heat sensors.
- Necessary demolition and replacement of wall, flooring, and ceiling sections for system installation, with new wiring in ¾-inch conduit minimum.
- Layout, fabrication, installation, coordination, testing, and service of a complete and operational fire sprinkler system.
The Dellenbaugh administrative site is a highly remote location, lacking cellular, landline, internet, medical facilities, or vehicle services. Access is via unimproved, high-clearance 4WD recommended roads.
