  • Temporary Fence Construction: Approximately 10.55 miles of 3-strand temporary fence across the Butte Fire (4.88 miles) and Cow Valley Fire (5.67 miles) areas. This involves 3-wire (3 Barbed, 1 Smooth), 2-Wire Barbed, 1-Wire Smooth, 4-Wire Barbed Gates, Steel 'T' Line Posts, and Easy Fence Panels.
  • Temporary Fence Removal: Approximately 6.8 miles of temporary fence from the Willowcreek Fire area.
  • Special Requirements: Adherence to BLM's "H-1741-1 Fencing" standards, spill provisions, environmental compliance (e.g., spark arresters), and specific work hours (one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset, M-F). Contractors must also comply with Oregon fire season regulations and prevailing wage rates (OR20260074).

Contract Details
