Proposed solutions must have a minimum design life of 15 years for short-term repairs or 50 years for long-term replacements.
- South Seawall Repair: Repair of the south seawall (option) per detailed conceptual design.
- Environmental Assessment: The contractor will be responsible for preparing draft and final Environmental Assessments (EA) for harbor infrastructure work.
