Scope of Work

Work may involve civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communication systems across various facility types such as administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, hangars, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, dormitory, medical, training, ranges, and roads. The primary area of responsibility includes installations in Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Yorktown.
An initial project, P-995, Design-Build Marine Corps Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) at Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, Virginia, will be awarded as the first task order. This BEQ will be a maximum of 78,727 SF with 127 rooms, designed to satisfy Navy and Marine Corps UFCs, Anti-Terrorism, and Force Protection requirements. Its estimated construction cost is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

Evaluation
