This document is a Sources Sought notice from the National Park Service (NPS) to conduct market research for an upcoming service project. The NPS is seeking to identify interested and capable prime contractors for the repair and rehabilitation of the Clover Creek Wastewater Disposal facility at Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park. The anticipated award selection method is FAR 14 "Sealed Bidding."

This notice is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit the Government to any future solicitation. Interested firms are requested to complete and return a worksheet by 3:30 PM PT on February 17, 2026, to Mr. Cole Johnson (Cole_Johnson@NPS.Gov). The worksheet requires information on the firm's name, CAGE, point of contact, socio-economic status, and interest/capability in performing the work. Responses will help the NPS determine acquisition strategy. Any future solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov.
