- 6,357 square feet (SF) of commercial-grade epoxy flooring.
- 6,700 SF of commercial-grade vinyl composite tile (VCT) or luxury vinyl tile/planking (LVT).
- 1,750 linear feet (LF) of cove base molding. Materials must be slip-resistant, and preparation of existing exposed concrete floors is required. Detailed specifications are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
