The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a construction contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision for the project titled Upgrade Building 12 HVAC and Bathroom at New Jersey VA Healthcare System s Lyons Campus in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical etc. Project Number is 561A4-12-104.
Competition for this procurement is restricted to SERVICE DISABLED VERTERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB).
Estimated construction cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220, size standard: $45 million. The offeror shall obtain any and all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this work in the State of New Jersey.
Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with http://www.veterans.certify.sba.gov and must be registered at http://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be posted on/about December 1, 2025. A walk-through will be held on or about one week after the posting of the solicitation. These dates are estimates.
