This solicitation is for the repaving of the CLC loading dock at the VA NJ Health Care System, Lyons Campus. • Award may be made without discussions.

• Demolish and remove approximately 1,600 sq ft of existing 12-inch-thick concrete, including steel bollard bases, with debris disposal.

• Scan for underground utilities and coordinate generator shutdown.

• Demolish an 11’ x 25’ section of asphalt pavement and 22 linear feet of curb.

• Replace two (2) Catch basins.

• Install new reinforced concrete slab with wire mesh and/or rebar, control joints, and a broom-finished, sealed surface for durability and drainage.

• Install new asphalt pavement and curb, matching existing conditions.

• Test all demolition debris for contamination and perform remediation if necessary.

• Comply with all applicable VA specifications for the VA NJ Healthcare System, Lyons campus.

• Magnitude of Construction: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00.

• Project Completion: 56 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).

• Bonding is required.
