Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management to complete comprehensive infrastructure upgrades across multiple buildings (47, 62, 14, 15, 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 73, 70, 11, 12) and the site. Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Electrical upgrades (panels, normal/emergency power, bonding, UPS)
- Building Management System interfaces
- HVAC assessment, upgrades, and new installations
- Reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing spaces (demolition, new construction, finishes, cabling)
- Datacenter renovation (HVAC, UPS, power distribution, cable management, fire suppression, finishes)
- Communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, Cat 6A cable upgrades)
- Physical security upgrades
- Campus-wide fiber infrastructure backbone assessment and upgrades (within and between buildings)
- Diversified path for wide area network connection
- Hazardous material abatement
