  • Electrical upgrades (panels, normal/emergency power, bonding, UPS)
  • Building Management System interfaces
  • HVAC assessment, upgrades, and new installations
  • Reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing spaces (demolition, new construction, finishes, cabling)
  • Datacenter renovation (HVAC, UPS, power distribution, cable management, fire suppression, finishes)
  • Communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, Cat 6A cable upgrades)
  • Physical security upgrades
  • Campus-wide fiber infrastructure backbone assessment and upgrades (within and between buildings)
  • Diversified path for wide area network connection
  • Hazardous material abatement
