• Proposals will be accepted electronically via SAM.gov.

• No paper copies of the solicitation, attachments, specifications, or drawings will be provided.

• No reimbursement for costs associated with attendance or quote preparation.

• This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for construction services. This notice is not a solicitation (RFP/IFB) but a request for information to refine contract requirements.

This includes site preparation, demolition of existing structures, and furnishing labor and materials as required by drawings and specifications.
