The Period of Performance is in two phases. The design phase is scheduled for 241 Calendar Days after issuance of Notice To Proceed after contract award. The construction phase period duration is 520 Calendar days. The contract period of performance is 761 Calendar days total.Â
PowerPoint Presentation Selected firms shall prepare a PowerPoint presentation of their proposal for submittals. The 30-minute Virtual Presentation will be scheduled for June 17 2025. Presentation will be followed by a 30- minute Q&A session.
Request for Proposal Due date is hereby extended to noon (12PM) PST, June 16, 2025.
NOTE: PROPOSAL WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM THE THREE FIRMS PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED IN THIS SOLICITATION. ANY SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE MANAGED BY THE THREE FIRMS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PHASE.
