Contract Details

This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements contract. It is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offerors must be certified as SDVOSBs by the SBA and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of bid submission and award. Limitations on subcontracting require that the contractor will not pay more than 85% of the amount paid by the government to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or VOSBs, excluding material costs. A Bid Guarantee (SF 24) of not less than 20% of the bid price (not to exceed $3,000,000) is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds (SF 25 and SF 25A) will be required upon award. FAR 52.222-90, "Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors," is included.
