The design and construction for the site development includes, but is not limited to, permits, demolition, excavation, topographic survey, temporary and permanent utilities design and connections (e.g., power, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and IT, among others), site coordination, and any other associated work. Project is located at the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. Period of performance is 270 days from Notice to Proceed.
