• Asbestos Abatement: Asbestos surveys have not been initiated. Specifications are included for potential abatement if asbestos or lead paint is detected during demolition. Contractors are responsible for testing during demolition and for abatement of up to 400 sq ft if hazardous material is found. Abatement and testing costs must be included in the bid.
