Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive design and construction services for Project 636-26-305. The Design-Build Team must include licensed Architects and Engineers (Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Environmental) and construction specialists, with a VA-qualified Fire Protection Engineer. Construction must be phased to maintain traffic flow, closing no more than 20 parking spaces at a time. The project also requires adherence to stringent safety standards (EM 385-1-1, OSHA) and personnel vetting requirements (VAAR 852.204-72).
