Contractors are required to provide and administer a web-based project management software package (e.g., Procore, Oracle Primavera) for all project communication and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress photos. Training and licenses for government personnel must be included.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
- Magnitude of Construction: Estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
- Period of Performance: 10 calendar days to begin after Notice to Proceed, with a completion time of 414 calendar days.
- Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers from non-SDVOSBs will not be considered. SDVOSBs must be certified in the SBA's VetCert database at the time of bid submission and award.
- Subcontracting Limitations: For general construction, no more than 85% of the amount paid by the government can be paid to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or VOSBs (excluding material costs). A Certificate of Compliance (Attachment 04) must be submitted with the offer.
- Wage Rates: Bidders must adhere to the prevailing wage rates for Pima County, AZ, as detailed in General Decision Number AZ20260040, effective January 2, 2026.
