Eligibility & Submission
This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be certified in the SBA's VetCert database at the time of bid submission and award. Bids must be submitted via email to amy.graham@va.gov and scott.elias@va.gov. A bid guarantee is required, and payment/performance bonds will be necessary post-award.
