- Separating the Electrical Equipment Space (EES) into a dedicated 2-hour fire-rated secure room.
- Modifying the EES to provide 100% backup for the CMOP.
- Increasing fuel storage capacity for a 48-hour emergency supply.
- Providing an N+1 redundant EES with a second generator and paralleling switchgear, including dock modifications and relocation of trash compactors.
- Adding HVAC for the space underneath the mezzanine. Optional items include connecting the fire line to a backflow preventer and replacing the roof with a single-ply TPO membrane system.
