Eligibility & Requirements
This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside under 38 USC 8127(d).
- Prime Contractor Performance: The successful prime contractor must perform no less than 15% of the General Construction labor for NAICS Code 238220.
- Subcontracting Limitation: Not more than 85% of the amount paid by the government can go to firms not certified as SDVOSB/VOSB (excluding cost of materials).

Submission & Evaluation
