In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and will not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for the Parking Ramp Expansion Minor construction project at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.
This requirement was previously solicited as an SDVOSB set-aside under Request for Proposals (RFP) 36C77625R0023 but was subsequently cancelled due to budget funding constraints concerning proposal pricing received that exceeded the VA s approved budget.
The VA reviewed the requirement and current market pricing. The target ceiling for award of this Minor construction project is approximately $24M to $25M. The Government cannot guarantee additional funds will be made available for award.
