• Building 2: Decommission and remove a 1000-gal fuel tank and replace it with a new 1000-gal above-ground fuel tank, including a new concrete slab, fence, and crash bollards.

• Building 7: Relocate the existing 12,000-gal fuel tank to the fuel farm and install a new 2,500-gal above-ground fuel tank for the generator.

• Fuel Farm: Remove and decommission underground storage tanks (2,500-gal diesel, 1,000-gal gasoline, two 15,000-gal fuel oil). Relocate the 12,000-gal tank from Building 7, add a new 20,000-gal fuel oil tank, add a new 2,500-gal gasoline tank, install new dispensaries, electrical, data, communications, concrete, and structural components, and add crash bollards.

• General Construction: Includes site preparation, foundation work, exterior lighting, utility locating and trenching, security cameras, landscaping, communications, and permits.

• Fueling Station: All new tanks must be above-ground, skid-mounted, double-walled, ballistic-proof, and anchored to a new concrete foundation. Includes a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) panel for fuel system control.

• Fuel Management System: A card reader/fuel management system compatible with WEX and GSA Smart fuel cards, capable of on-demand monitoring, reporting, and remote authorization/billing via telephone modem. Requires setup of remote billing accounts.

• E85 Fuel Compatibility: All components in contact with E85 fuel must be compatible. Use UL-listed equipment specifically for E85.

• Warranty: Contractor must pass through all manufacturer warranties and provide a minimum two-year prepaid service/warranty agreement (with a two-year option) for the fuel tank monitoring, dispensing, management, card reader, and pay fuel systems.
