The proposed energy center is approximately 15,978 square feet and 41 feet high, located at the southeast corner of the northwest parking lot. Supporting documents include a Central Utility Plant Study, architectural drawings, civil drawings, and existing hospital as-built plans for mechanical, plumbing, medical gas, and fire suppression systems. Environmental assessments for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold have also been conducted for the existing hospital buildings.
