Specific work includes approximately 2000 linear feet of 8" pipe and 2500 linear feet of 4" pipe, lift stations, heat exchangers in A0118 North Side Building 8, steam piping in Room A0111-8, and the Steam Condensate Tank System. Work will primarily occur in the basements of Buildings 1 and 8, and on campus grounds.

Submission & Evaluation

The solicitation follows a Two-Phase Design-Build process under FAR Part 36.3.

  • Phase I: Evaluation focuses on Technical Approach, Capability to Perform, Specialized Experience, Past Performance, and Bonding Capacity. Pricing is not evaluated in Phase I.
