This is a solicitation for the purchase of "Snow Stakes" for Yellowstone National Park for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26). The National Park Service (NPS) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation, and a formal written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

• The snow stakes are essential for safe travel during whiteout conditions, marking road edges, and aiding snow removal operations.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999, with a small business size standard of 100 employees.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance (POP): Tentatively July 13, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

• Delivery Destination: Yellowstone National Park, 22 Stable Street, Yellowstone, WY 82190.

• FOB Point: FOB Destination.

• Offer Due Date: July 1, 2026, 10:00 AM MDT (refer to Box 10 on SF-18).

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email to Kiara Stewart at kiara_stewart@ios.doi.gov.

• All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous based on Price and Technical specifications.

• Questions Due Date: 7 business days prior to the offer due date. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted.

• This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

• An "Attachment" titled "Specifications and Pricing Worksheet" is referenced and contains 7 pages.

• Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP).
