This document is a required pricing schedule for the solicitation. Bidders must use this specific format to provide their pricing information.

• The sheet lists various furniture and related items, including bed frames, mattresses, headboards, nightstands, dressers, tables, lamps, sofas, loveseats, chairs, and dining sets.
• Each item has a corresponding Line-Item and Sub-Line Item number.
• Specific dimensions and required standards are provided for most furniture items.
• Columns for Quantity, Unit Price, Discount %, Discount Amount, Updated Unit Price, and Total Price are included.
• A separate line item (10-121) is designated for Freight (F.O.B Destination).
• Bidders are instructed to complete Columns F (Unit Price) & G (Discount %) and Cell J25 (Overall Evaluated Cost).

This is a critical document for bidders to accurately price their proposed items according to the government's specifications and to submit a compliant proposal. Failure to use this format may result in non-compliance.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for household furniture for seasonal housing units at Yellowstone National Park (YELL). YELL is replacing dilapidated furniture to improve the living environment for seasonal employees. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

• Provide furniture for seasonal housing units.

• Furniture must be robust, appealing, and comfortable, with variety in color and finishes.

• Delivery required by 05/20/2026.

• Period of Performance: 04/22/2026 to 05/20/2026.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.

• Pricing must be all-inclusive (supervision, labor, materials, travel, delivery, etc.).

• Pricing must be held firm for 180 days from the quote due date.

• Submission Deadline: 04/08/2026, 1400 MDT.

• Submission Method: Email to sally_leitch@nps.gov.

• Quotes must be in PDF format and not exceed 10MB.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Past Experience, and Price.

• Award will be made to the quoter offering the best overall value.

• This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).

• Attachments referenced include: Solicitation Attachment 1 – SOW – YELL Furniture (9 pages) and Solicitation Attachment 2 – Price Schedule – Sub lines 101-121 (1 spreadsheet).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To supply new, robust, and appealing furniture for seasonal employee housing units in Yellowstone National Park, improving the living environment for NPS staff and accommodating frequent staff turnover.

• Provide furnishings for living, dining room, and bedroom areas in one-bedroom and two-bedroom housing units.

• Furniture must be durable, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, with variety in color and finishes while maintaining compatibility between units.

• Proposals must include a color design for furnishing both unit types and cut sheets detailing furniture specifications (color, style, fabric, materials).

• All furnishings must be made in the USA.

• Wood products must be FSC certified; all exposed wood must be solid wood core.

• Furniture legs and bases require felt flooring protection.

• Wood finishes must be lacquer/polyurethane.

• Contractor is encouraged to use sustainable/recovered materials and minimize toxic chemicals (e.g., formaldehyde-free, low-VOC adhesives, Green Guard GOLD certified products).

• Furniture style should be contemporary/modern with clean lines and minimal ornamentation.

• Specific requirements detailed for sofas, loveseats, armchairs, nightstands (single/double), dressers (tall/wide), mattresses (Queen, Full, Twin), headboards, bedframes (wooden/metal), floor lamps, table lamps, dining sets (various sizes), chairside tables, and coffee tables.

• All upholstered furniture must meet specified warranty requirements (Lifetime, 5-Year, 1-Year).

• Delivery location: 22 Stable Street, Yellowstone National Park 82190.

• Delivery terms: FOB Destination.

• Deliveries accepted Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST, excluding holidays.

• Contractor must provide at least seven (7) days' notice to arrange delivery dates/times with the CO.

• Contractor is responsible for all furniture items in transit and any damage upon delivery.

• Non-plastic packaging is encouraged.

All furnishings shall be delivered no later than May 20, 2026.
