Scope of Work
The comprehensive refurbishment includes:
- Engine & Driveline: Cooling system upgrade, engine/driveline inspection, brake replacement, seals/bearings replacement, and chassis suspension updates.

- Fire Pump System: Evaluation of engineer's panel gauges, inspection of plumbing for leaks, rebuild or replacement of all plumbing valves and drains with the same brand, and an update to the Waterous VPO electric priming system.
- Optional Work: Pricing is required for potential pump rebuild, pump transmission rebuild, foam pump rebuild/replacement, battery replacement, tire replacement, and pump panel gauges, contingent on inspection findings.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value basis considering Price, Technical capability, and Prior Experience. Required submittals include a completed SF-18, acknowledgement of amendments, a project narrative (max 2 pages), three prior experiences of similar scope, a Price Schedule, and Contractor Core Data. Key Clarifications (Amendment 0001)
The engine cab has six seats, with five equipped with SCBA brackets. Photos of the pump panel tag and VIN tag are attached. Current tire sizes are front 315/80R 22.5 and rear 12R22.5, though tire replacement is not part of this rebuild as they have already been replaced by the park.
