This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a firm-fixed-price contract. Quotes are due June 1, 2026, at 1000MT.

Purpose & Scope

This opportunity aims to modernize the Canyon Village WWTP's control systems by upgrading its Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems. • Updating the PLC program and recreating HMI screens to match existing functionality.
  • Performing full operational validation of all HMI functions.
  • Providing digital copies of all newly created operational programs, schematics, as-builts, and address tags.
