Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a weekend retreat for Service Members and their families of the South Carolina National Guard to improve relationship skills, communication, and conflict resolution. This event is part of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program, which aims to prepare, sustain, and reintegrate Service Members and their families throughout the deployment cycle.

• Lodging: Provide high-quality sleeping rooms with adequate space and amenities for Service Members and their families. Rooms must be at or below the Government's per diem rate. The vendor must confirm attendee numbers with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to the start date. Accommodations must be in Greenville, SC 29601. Personal expenses are the responsibility of the guest.

• Conference Space: Provide co-located conference space with sleeping accommodations. The space must be free of noise or distractions, have line-of-sight, and comfortable seating. Meeting rooms are required for Saturday and Sunday, including a water station and space for projectors. Meeting rooms must be secured.

• Meals: Provide a variety of healthy food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Buffet style is preferred. Specific meal requirements are detailed for Saturday and Sunday. The hotel restaurant must comply with SC DHEC regulations and have a Food Permit Decal rating of 'A' and a Food Inspection Report of 88% or higher.

• Refreshments: Provide ice water and glasses, replenished as needed.

• Audio Visual (AV): Provide an AV support package including two large screens with support, one podium with a wireless microphone, stage, and audio sound for a laptop and one internet connection.

• Hotel restaurant must comply with SC DHEC regulations.

• Restaurants Food Permit Decal rating shall not be lower than an A.

• Food Inspection Report shall not be lower than 88%.

• Sleeping rooms must be at or below the Government's per diem rate.
