  • Lodging: 120 hotel rooms (75 on Sep 11, 45 on Sep 12) in Greenville, SC 29601, at or below government per diem rates, including occupancy tax.
  • Meals: 240 adult breakfasts (150 on Sep 12, 90 on Sep 13) and 900 adult lunches (450 on Sep 12, 450 on Sep 13). Meals must be healthy, buffet-style preferred, and the hotel restaurant must meet SC DHEC 'A' rating and 88%+ inspection score.
  • Meeting Space: Two general session meeting rooms (one for Sep 12, one for Sep 13) co-located with lodging, free of distractions, with comfortable seating, water stations, and 25 exhibitor tables per day.
  • Audio Visual (AV): An AV package for Sep 12-13, 2026, including two large screens, two wireless microphones, one internet connection, a riser with podium, and audio sound for a laptop.

Important Notes

  • Partial quotes will not be accepted.
  • The Government will not provide advance payments. Payment will be made via WAWF after delivery and acceptance, which can take up to 30 days.
