Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for the 2/34 IBCT Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) post-deployment event.

• Provide sleeping rooms, meeting spaces, and meals for the 2/34 IBCT.

• The event is scheduled for Friday, August 14th, 2026 (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and Saturday, August 15th, 2026 (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

• The venue must be located within a 25-mile radius of Waterloo, IA 50703.

• Key services include:

  • Lodging: 40 non-smoking rooms with two beds each for Friday night, August 14th, 2026.
  • Meeting Rooms: Registration area, resource area, general session room (capacity 300), breakout room (capacity 150), child & youth room (capacity 10), and childcare room (capacity 8).
  • Meals: Beverages, lunch for 300 attendees, and children's lunches.
  • Parking: Provide parking passes if free parking is not available at the venue.

• The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance.

• Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be used to evaluate performance.

Solicitation / RFQ

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks quotes for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event to be held in Waterloo, IA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary for the event, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Provision of services for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event.

• Contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control.
