• Provide a venue in or around Albuquerque/Rio Rancho, NM, to accommodate up to 450 attendees.

• Services include a display area, meeting rooms, audio/visual equipment, childcare, lodging, and food for a one-day training event on June 19, 2026.

• The venue must be within 30 miles of the New Mexico National Guard Readiness Center in Rio Rancho, NM.

• General Session Room: Accommodate 450 people with tables and chairs from 06:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 19, 2026. Includes registration tables and staff, A/V equipment (projector, speakers, microphones), and water/tea service.

• Breakout Rooms:
