• Brand Preference: Hillyard brand chemicals are requested. Substitutions are only permissible if compatible with existing Hillyard chemical mixing stations.
• Delivery Requirements: Items must be delivered within 30 days of award, palleted, wrapped, and consolidated into a single delivery. The delivery address is the NPS warehouse at 5083 Foresta Road, El Portal, Ca. 95318.
• Shipping Costs: Offerors must include all shipping costs in their submissions.
• Period of Performance: Delivery within 30 days of award. Extended lead times must be clearly stated in the quote.
• Delivery Logistics:
  • Vehicles over 45 feet are prohibited.
  • 1-way controlled traffic is in effect 20 miles East of Mariposa.
  • Hwy 41 to Wawona may close during inclement weather.
  • Delivery Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (closed federal holidays).
  • A 48-hour notice to the POC is required to coordinate delivery acceptance.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Custodial supplies as detailed in "Solicitation Attachments 1, and 2" (Custodial Supply List/Price Schedule and Specifications).

• Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order.

• The submission deadline is 04/20/2026 at 12:00 PM PD.

• The RFQ is not marked as a small business set-aside.

• The Contracting Officer is Brian Roppolo (Brian_roppolo@ios.doi.gov).

• Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

• Offerors are encouraged to complete the Acquisition 360 Voluntary Survey for feedback on the acquisition process.
