Ample complimentary parking for approximately 220 vehicles is mandatory.
- Lodging: A 10-room block (8 double queen, 2 single) for check-in on February 6, 2026, and check-out on February 7, 2026. The lodging venue must offer complimentary parking for 10 vehicles and provide continental breakfast at no additional cost. The room block must be at a single hotel.
- Catering: A hot buffet lunch for approximately 260 adults on February 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
