Specific quantities include six (6) turned log posts (approx. 12" diameter x 10' tall) at the front entrance, four (4) turned log posts (approx. 10" diameter x 10' tall) at the rear patio, approximately 890 sq ft of horizontal soffit, and approximately 1500 sq ft of vertical siding. Existing finishes are Sikkens Wood Finishes (Cetol 1 and Cetol 23 Plus). The cleaning method will involve a biodegradable non-chlorine bleach solution, followed by three coats of penetrating waterborne oil (e.g., Nature's Edge Wood Finish or equal). The contractor will be responsible for protecting adjacent materials and performing final site clean-up.
