Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace the damaged roofing system of the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site’s Maintenance Garage located at 1114805204319, 121 Monument Ave., Greeneville, TN 37743, ensuring the building is protected from weather elements.

• Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the complete replacement of the existing roofing system.

• Demolish and remove the existing roofing system and all associated flashing.

• Inspect, repair, and replace damaged roof decking and fascia (estimated 10% rotted wood decking, 40% fascia).

• Install a new Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer (EPDM) roofing system, mechanically fastened, with a minimum 20-year manufacturer’s warranty.
