Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the National Park Service (NPS) for market research purposes to gauge interest and qualifications of businesses for the "Rehabilitate Civil Rights Structures (A.G. Gaston Motel)" project. The NPS is not requesting proposals at this time but seeks information to develop an acquisition strategy. The project involves the rehabilitation of the A.G. Gaston Motel, a contributing structure within the Birmingham Civil Rights Historic District. Key rehabilitation work includes:

• Interpretive and architectural treatment to highlight civil rights history.
