The entire structural assembly must be painted with Behr Premium Semi-Gloss Direct-To-Metal paint, and flashing installed. The scope also includes repairing damaged areas on three existing concrete pads and daily removal of all waste. New structures will utilize a standardized design, matching specifications for height, layout, and configuration.
Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract with an estimated magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of performance is 60 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.
