SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140A1626R0005
It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on January 21, 2026, on SAM.gov. In anticipation of this posting, an on-site pre-bid site visit will occur on January 28, 2026. This site visit is not mandatory. The meeting will begin at 8:30 am local time (MST) in Building 4 of the BIA Colorado River Agency, which is located at 12124 1st Ave., Parker, AZ and will go until around 10:00 am. Around 10:00 am we will visit each of the four project sites. The site visits should be completed around 1:00 pm. No passes are required, and safety equipment is not necessary. The four sites have the following locations:
