Scope of Work
The contractor will install a fire-rated suspended acoustic ceiling system in three interior commercial rooms (Electrical, Riser, and Maintenance rooms), covering approximately 416 square feet. The scope includes the installation of the ceiling grid system, wall angle/perimeter trim, main and cross tees, hanger wires, and required seismic bracing. The contractor will coordinate with a BIA maintenance worker for the installation of above-ceiling components such as light fixtures, HVAC diffusers, vents, exhaust fans, and fire sprinkler heads, before installing the final fire-rated ceiling tiles. All necessary materials, supplies, equipment, services, and labor must be provided by the contractor, using new and good quality materials. The contractor must be licensed.
