To complete the full and functional improvement and repair (FI&R) of the Mescalero Adult Detention Center to support full operational capabilities.

• NCIC Inmate Communications Infrastructure: Provide and install conduit, wire pulls, and termination boxes for NCIC equipment in specified rooms (104/105, 136, 138, 147, 153, 156, 166, 181/182). This includes infrastructure for phones, kiosks, and wireless access points (WAPs).

• Wing Wall Demolition and Re-configuration: Remove the top portion of wing walls in group and individual holding cells (172, 176, 185, 186) to improve camera sightlines. Requires dust control, patching, and matching finishes.
