  • NCIC Inmate Communications Infrastructure: Provide and install conduit, wire pulls, and termination boxes for NCIC equipment, phones, kiosks, and wireless access points.
  • Wing Wall Demolition and Re-configuration: Remove the top portion of wing walls in group and individual holding cells to improve camera sightlines. All work must comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and the BIA Justice/Detention Facilities Design Handbook.
