Scope of Work
The project, titled "PAIS – Cabin Security and Improvements," involves several key tasks:

- CLIN 002: Inspecting and repairing roof leaks using marine-grade, corrosion-resistant materials, verified by a water test.
- CLIN 003: Installing ten (10) CAT 5 TDI hurricane-resistant, non-decorative Bahama shutters made of corrosion-resistant materials, compliant with TDI regulations and ASTM impact testing.
- OPTION 001: Constructing a ramp extension with landings and ramp runs, integrating a Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) aluminum ramp, adhering to accessibility slope requirements.
- OPTION 002: Constructing a breakaway sand control system using treated lumber around three sides of the cabin's perimeter to shield stored equipment and vehicles.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Set-Aside: This RFQ is not a small business set-aside.
- Period of Performance: 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
- Bonding: A Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (100% of contract value) is required within 10 calendar days after contract award.
- Wage Determination: Bidders must adhere to the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits specified in General Decision Number TX20260288 for Aransas, Nueces, and San Patricio Counties, Texas.
