The aggregate must be spread to a uniform average lift of three (3) inches, with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches. Hauling equipment must be capable of safely accessing all roadways, considering specific clearance constraints. The contractor must provide all necessary traffic control; NPS will not supply flaggers or escorts. Grading, shaping, and drainage repairs will be handled by NPS staff and are not part of this contract.

Contract Details

This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The period of performance is approximately 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with work commencing within 14 calendar days of award and completing within 60 calendar days. The NAICS code is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction) with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) are required.

Evaluation Criteria
