• Specific actions include culvert replacements, rolling dip construction, aggregate base installation, road reshaping, and rock armoring of vulnerable fill slopes.

• Site-specific upgrades at 12 identified locations, with two additional sites as additive line items.

• Contractor is responsible for preparing the roadway for equipment access, including brushing and smoothing.

• Work must occur between May 15 and October 15, with potential extensions subject to CO approval.
