  • Upgrade and reinforce floor framing with metal tie-downs.
  • Lower the building onto the new foundation and secure it with anchor bolts.
  • Provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies. All work must adhere to local, state, and federal laws, and comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Buildings.
