Scope of Work

- Power System: Installation of a new backup liquid propane generator, a rooftop photovoltaic power system with Unistrut mounting, inverters, battery and PV combiner panels, and associated appurtenances.
- Chiller System: Rehabilitation including hangers, supports, vibration and seismic controls, testing, adjusting, balancing, piping insulation, commissioning, hydronic piping, and air-cooled, scroll water chillers.
- Electrical: Installation of low-voltage and control-voltage power conductors and cables, grounding, bonding, conduits, underground ducts, panelboards, fuses, enclosed switches, circuit breakers, photovoltaic collectors, and gas-engine-driven generator sets.
- Civil: Associated concrete work, rebar, earth moving, stripping, grubbing, backfill, and compaction.
