This solicitation is for the rehabilitation of HVAC system components at two park buildings: the Park Headquarters (HQ) and the North Operations Center (NOC) within Redwood National and State Parks, Del Norte County, California. The project scope includes replacing existing mechanical equipment with new Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) and associated ductwork, electrical, and structural upgrades. It also involves interior work such as concrete pads and patching.

• HQ Building: Replacement of existing mechanical equipment for new DOAS, associated ductwork, electrical, and structural upgrades. Includes concrete pads, interior cutting/patching. Option work: Replacement and removal of existing stair roof structure at four locations, including roofing membrane, flashings, sheathing, new curb-mounted roof hatches with integral ship ladder.

• NOC Building: Replacement of existing mechanical equipment for a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, including makeup air at the paint room, and associated electrical and structural upgrades. Option work: Replacement of paint room make-up air unit and associated scope.

• The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies.

• All work must comply with local, state, and federal laws.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: 365 calendar days after notice to proceed. The performance period is 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026.
