  • Vinyl soffit replacement for B-101.

Additive Bid 2 (Windows Replacement):

  • Demolition and disposal of existing windows and rotten wood frames on B-101 and B-104.
  • Installation of new aluminum-clad wood windows, including caulking and painting. If this option is not exercised, jamb extensions for existing doors and windows are included in the base scope.
