Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, supervision, and non-personal services to execute comprehensive trail repairs and improvements. Key tasks include:
- Rehabilitating existing granite surfacing on trails.
- Applying a stabilizing binder to all existing granite-surfaced trails.
- Installing new granite surfacing on trails.
- Installing new caliche surfacing on trails/roads.
- Maintaining uniform trail/road widths (6-10 feet) and depths (4 inches for granite, 10 inches for caliche after compaction).
- Ensuring finished grades are level with no potholes.
- Implementing safety measures, such as using cones and flagging tape.
