Evaluation
The Bureau of Reclamation intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source, Worthington Products, LLC, under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Worthington is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the Tuffboom lakeside gate system, and OEM compatible components, proprietary connection systems, and certified installation are required to ensure structural integrity, safety, and system interoperability. No other known contractor or manufacturer can meet these requirements.
All responsible sources may submit capability statements demonstrating:
- Ability to install and repair Worthington ODINFloat and Tuffboom systems.
- Experience working in fast water or dam-related construction environments.
