- Materials: New fencing will use galvanized steel posts, woven wire mesh suitable for bison containment, high-strength cabling, wire ties, and steel-framed swing gates. Materials must meet or exceed specified performance criteria.
- Work Requirements: Work must maintain continuous fence integrity daily, with no more fence removed than replaced in a workday. The fence must remain within NPS property, and the contractor must obtain a boundary survey and establish staking.
